GENERAL

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.
The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

Definitions

“Booking” means the booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with us.

“Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.

“Hotel” means the premises for which your Booking is made.

“Terms” means these terms and conditions.

“Websites” means bababarfani.com any other website owned or operated by us relating to a Hotel from time to time.

“GST” means Goods & Service Tax.

Bookings

All Bookings at the Hotel are subject to these Terms.

At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

Charges

The prices displayed on the Websites are an average per night per person until a rate is selected. Any meals, service or GST (at the prevailing rate) are included only if specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Once a rate is selected on the Websites, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary. Prices shall be charged in the local currency of the Hotel and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only, please refer to the Currency Disclaimer for more details.

The GST breakdown shown is indicative based on the current rate of GST, and the expected GST treatment of the goods or services. GST will be payable at the prevailing rate applicable at the tax point of the invoice or Booking confirmation issued, and may change depending on the actual rate and the GST treatment of the goods and services purchased at that date.

Price lists for additional items, such as restaurant meals and room service, are on display at relevant locations within the Hotel and are available on request.

Check-in/ Check-out Requirements

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card/driving licence and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder. If guests are travelling from outside the UK, Ireland or any country in the Commonwealth we are also obliged by law to require guests to provide the number and place of issue of your passport/identity card and details of their next destination. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime. The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16 and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.

Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 11:59pm on the scheduled day of arrival unless otherwise agreed directly with the Hotel. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival.

On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel.

Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by the Hotel. If you would like further details please contact the Company or the Hotel.

Damage

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Cancellation Policy & Important Points for 2020

1  Extra days charge will have on actual Basis.
2  Itinerary may subject to change as per conditions
3 If you come after 3 pm then no sightseeing for that particular day
4 If you don’t avail services due to any reason then amount will not be refunded & adjusted
5 Sightseeing rules are very different in Jammu & Kashmir . Generally for Pahalgam & gulmarg transporter will show places of city only , if you want to move further then you will have to catch local vehicle on extra charges
6 If you want to go chandanwari /betaab valley/ aru valley in Pahalgam then local vehicle will be hired  on extra charges, outside vehicles are not allowed 
7 For gulmarg , sonamarg & Patnitop you can hire ponny for local sightseeing on extra charges, our vehcile will just drop at location or in parking due to local union rules
8 If you don’t come by helicopter due to weather problem then you miss your stay at that particular location & no amount shall be refunded & adjusted. For new stay you will have to pay extra                           
9 On last day of package transporter will wait till 6 pm at that particular helipad, if you don’t come then extra day transportation charge will taken after calling you, if you are not reachable by phone/etc then vehicle will be returned ,  to avoid this go for longer duration package
10 2 Nights 3 days helicopter package is not recommended at any point of time. Chances are more that you will not complete your tour due to weather problem & rainy season.
11 If helicopter doent fly then get your ticket stamped to get full refund  or ask helicopter operator for next day departure . Next day slot totally depends on helicopter operator. We cannot do any thing due to unavailability & Restrictions.
12 From Our side all formalities will be done for hasssle free yatra , even if you face problem then its nature of Amarnath Tour, so please cooperate with us
13 We can take guarantee of helicopter tickets of that particular day, but we cannot take guarantee of  HelicopterTiming & darshan due to whatsoever reason.
14 Now a days helicopter stops their services  by 5-6 pm & in most of the cases they  continue till 6.30 pm if there is proper sun light
15 We are tour operator , we assemble all the services at one point any pass it to you, so if you face any problem due to helicopter we cannot do any thing, for transport & stay we are happy to help any point of time.
16 Helicopter operators  are very particular to follow rules as per shrine board instruction due to tender issues , heavy rush etc this is the  reason they don’t listen to us & pilgrims for early departure etc.  But since you have paid full amount for your tickets so you are fully authorised to ask any if & but from operators.
17 Tour Nature of Amarnath Yatra is 5% luxurious, so don’t ask for leisure any point of time, if you need luxury & special service please don’t go for Amarnath Yatra
18 If you book 5 star hotel package it doent mean you will get 5 star service during helicopter ride & darshan.
19 On Hilly areas ac will not work
20 Rooms are non ac , Ac rooms are available in Srinagar, Katra & Jammu .After paying extra amount you can get in Srinagar . In jammu & Katra acs rooms are included in the package . But during night time no need of ac due to cold weather in Srinagar, if you still need then you will have to pay extra amount subject to availabilty.
21 Tents are very basic in nature, it is just to spend night nothing else. But in the lap of nature tent gives adventourous experience.
22 You can do maa vaishno devi yatra from Katra. Helicopter tickets are available after paying Rs 2090 /- Per passenger through online.
 
  Cancellation Policy
1 0- 30 days of Yatra Starting dates  no Refund shall be made,  except helicopter ticket amount will be refunded as per refund received  from the helicopter operator otherwise no. ( This year yatra may start from  29 June – 1 July till – 02nd August  as Expected ) . so any cancelation after 28 th May shall have No refund.
2 31 days- 180 days- Full Refund Except Rs 3500 Per Person Package amount+Helicopter Cancellation Administration charge on actual basis+ Ponny /Palki cancellation charge on actual basis .
3 No cancellation  refund request will be entertained if you cancel booking once yatra starts, only helicopter amount will be refunded subject to refund from the helicopter operator                           
4 All cancellation request will be accepted in written via mail . No whatsapp/phone call cancellation will be accepted
5 If you don’t travel due to weather problem  & get your ticket stamped by operator then same time  try to send  scanned copy of tickets to  the helicopter operator mail and cc to us at bababarfanyatra@gmail.com
6 Extra Points may be added withour prior notice.
