This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with M/s Baba Barfani. Please review this policy carefully before making a booking.
Cancellation Window and Refunds:
- 90 days or less before arrival: Cancellation is non-refundable.
- 91 – 180 days before arrival: 25% of the package cost will be refunded, only if the full package amount has been paid at the time of cancellation.
- 181 – 365 days before arrival: 50% of the package cost will be refunded, only if the full package amount has been paid at the time of cancellation.
- No-show: No refund will be issued for no-shows.
- Partial/unused services: Refunds will not be issued for partially used or unused services.
Unforeseen Circumstances and Force Majeure:
- In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as landslides, curfews, terrorist attacks, earthquakes, floods, or other force majeure events, cancellations are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
Additional Cancellations:
- Bookings with a total package cost below ₹15,000 are non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to info@bababarfani.com.
